This was the calm before an amazing community BBQ at Timberdine, out Worcester based fostering resource centre. Angela, our home manager and her team worked really hard all morning getting ready to welcome over 50 guests on Friday afternoon. Including members of the local community, foster carers and children, as well as some of our 'soon to be' foster carers in Worcester.
We were lucky to have great weather and some delicious food. Everyone had a great time, especially the children who attended making good use of the bouncy castle.
A big thank you to everyone who came, it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying themselves and to receive so much positive praise from the local community about the agency and the house. A big thank you too to Angela and her team, Danni, Noah, Kim, Gabby, Chloe, Natalie and Dan (who was roped in to being BBQ head chef and did a fantastic job) who worked so hard to make it all possible.
